Manufacturers join Celebration Fit for a Queen

Five machines from British manufacturer JCB – representing the defining years of Her Majesty The Queen’s 70-year reign – took center stage earlier this week in London. Driven by JCB employees, the 5 machines paraded towards Buckingham Palace, former members of the Royal Family and tens of thousands of cheering spectators along the route. Leading the parade was one of the first backhoe loaders ever built by JCB in 1953, the year of Her Majesty’s coronation. Check out this short video taken during the celebration.

Reviewing their recent work, we came across this 11 minute video (a visual experiment to supplement their peer-reviewed publications) that demonstrates the drift performance of today’s spray technologies – with a white wedding dress and a red dye. Their video shows the current realities of physical spray drift amid worst-case scenario regulations.
