Looking likeresearch and web strategist who will be responsible for the implementation, management and strategic direction of certain major FMCG brands.

In this role, you will be responsible for the optimization of web properties and the ongoing activity of driving qualified traffic to websites.

As a Strategy Manager, you will not directly manage a team, however, you will be responsible for working with multiple brand teams where you will share ideas and implement as well as drive digital brand strategies. You will be responsible for a group of brands within the digital department. You will immerse yourself in the brands in your portfolio, gaining an in-depth understanding of their industry category, as well as their business objectives. In this role, you will use your strong communication and leadership skills to build relationships with key client personnel.

You will need to work strategically to identify client needs and challenges, providing sustainable solutions and results-oriented work. You will collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in strategy and customer service.


    • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a strategic marketing function (preferably a digital agency)

    • Marketing qualification or digital marketing certification

    • An excellent understanding of research and digital marketing is crucial, including paid media strategy, buying and reporting

    • Understanding of project management disciplines (project planning, time and budget management)

    • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

    • Analytical and reporting experience is essential (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, as well as any other tools used such as SEMRush, AhRefs, etc.)


    • Digital (Search) Native – focused on customer orientation

    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills – confident to present to clients at all levels

    • An understanding of SEO and its integration into the overall marketing mix

    • Be data-driven, strategic-minded with an agile approach

    • Able to extrapolate insights through data analytics, develop and execute innovative and integrated digital solutions and deliver strategic roadmaps

    • Use good writing and storytelling skills to structure ideas and present recommendations aligned with objectives

    • Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, both locally and internationally
